• These Terms govern your participation in the presale and any use of associated services.
• By purchasing Milk Mocha Hugs, you confirm that you understand the risks associated with cryptocurrencies and that you comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through our official channels.

• Participants must use a non-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or Phantom Wallet) to receive their coins.
• All purchases are final—no refunds or cancellations.
• All Milk Mocha Hugs purchased during the presale will be claimable immediately after listing on UniSwap.

• Once a purchase has been made, it is final and non-refundable.
• We do not have control over coin allocations once coins have been assigned to a wallet after purchase.
• We cannot modify, cancel, or reallocate coins once they have been assigned. Users are responsible for ensuring they connect the correct wallet address during the purchase process.
• Refund requests, reversals, or modifications will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• We accept the following cryptocurrencies for payment: ETH, USDT/USDC on ETH, Base, SOL, POL & BSC, BNB, BSC, BUSD, Solana, BTC, TRX, USDT-TRC20, SHIB, PEPE, Polygon, DOGE, TON, BCH, LTC, ETC, ADA, XRP, MANA, DOT, XLM, DASH, FLOKI, KAS.
• A unique deposit address & QR code will be generated based on the selected payment method.
• Sending funds to the wrong address is irreversible. Milk Mocha Hugs is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect transactions.
• Users must cover any required network fees (gas fees).

• To unlock a unique referral code, a user must first purchase at least $25 worth of Milk Mocha Hugs.
• Buyers using a referral code when purchasing $25 or more will receive 10% extra Milk Mocha Hugs.
• The referrer earns 10% of the referred user's purchase amount, credited to their wallet automatically.
• Referral codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
• Once a referral code is applied to a wallet, it cannot be changed.
• The referral system is fully automated—if a referral bonus is not received, it means the code was not applied correctly before purchase. We cannot manually adjust referral allocations.

• Milk Mocha Hugs will be claimable immediately TGE.
• Staking rewards will be available immediately on TGE
• Token allocation will be in accordance to the Tokenomics

• Users are solely responsible for securing their wallets.
• If a user's wallet is compromised due to sharing seed phrases, private keys, or falling for scams, there is nothing we can do.

• Presale buyers are not investors and do not have any rights typically afforded to investors in traditional financial markets.
• Milk Mocha Hugs is not required to provide financial reports, audits, or disclosures to coin holders.
• The team has full discretion over project development and strategic decisions.
• Holding Milk Mocha Hugs does not entitle users to financial returns, dividends, or profit-sharing.

• We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels.
• Continued participation after modifications means you accept the revised Terms.
